Plurinational and Intercultural Citizen Assembly for Buen Vivir (Good Living)

The Plurinational and Intercultural Citizen Assembly for Buen Vivir (Good Living) is constituted as a consultation space for direct dialogue between the State and the citizens of Ecuador in order to carry out the process of formulating, approving and following-up on the National Plan of Development and Good Living. The Assembly meets at least twice a year. It is comprised of delegates from local participation meetings, sectorial councils and the advice of the most important national organizations of Ecuadorian civil society. The Plurinational and Intercultural Citizen Assembly for Good Living of the Federal Constitution of 2008 is designed to be consolidated as the main area of direct dialogue between the State and civil society.
